I own an 01 and 04 vino. The 01 has a higher top end ( about 42 ) but
the 04 tops out at about 35. Both have about 2500 miles on them and
both have derestricted stock exhaust. Just to be sure I swapped pipes
and noticed no change in performance. The 04 also seems to bog down
for a few seconds sometimes when going slow and then will take off. It also
seems to idle a little rougher than the 01. The 01 just seems to fly
with no bog whatsoever. The air filter is clean and the plug looks
good. I have not looked to see if either have any aftermarket parts
or belt condition. Just wondered if anyone has a thought on what else
I could look at.
