the thing that might be easier and also cheaper is to use your speedo and just mark all the way up to the speeds you want. jered did this and i am pretty sure that he made a how-to of "how to" make your own. its a cheaper way then buying a new speedo and paying shipping from canada to australia would be really expensive.

um, I did that... with a new speedo... not the stock one... I got a steal on mine for $55 off of ebay...
but that seller was later kicked off of ebay as he opened a eBay second account and was upbidding his auctions (which is fraud) and I posted about it here and the yahoo forum... and with all the complaints, he was banned from ebay, and this forum... not sure about yahoo....

not for the older zuma... they are totally different and will not fit into the "dash" of the old zuma's...

nope... I don't know who other then he went bu angelo or something...
No further info available... sorry... I don't email back and forth as his last emails I got were threats... so, sorry I didn't keep his email address...
besides he was not a very honest person to deal with... as he bought them for less then $100 and was trying to get $150-200 for them...
I think he got them from south america if you could work something from a yamaha dealer there... I've torn mine apart trying to find a part number but there is not one listed on it anywhere! I've even had my dealer look at it as I was trying to get a part number to Lennox so he could buy one...

are these dash sealed?...cause i was thinking i could get inside, trim the neddle down so it can go round 360 degrees and mark in the speed up to 100mh/k

the bug eye zuma is not sealed... I opened mine and snipped the needle so it'd spin 360 before I got the new speedo

so doing that does work. depending upon how much these speedos from angelo cost i may just do that mob. by bug eye do you mean pre 2001

bro, i would remove that link before a mod beats down on your *** (yeah and bad words!) for it. they have a rule here about posting external links.
anyway, ive already got a digital dash winging its way to me as we speak. its a koso and is completely digital.

skull, the owner of the shop mentioned... has always been horrible with people skills, and never stocks anything...
then is rude telling you he doesn't have your parts...
go figure!

Has anybody used a bicycle computer? I have. You can program it for whatever you like, MPH or KMH. It gives you top speed and all kinds of silly stuff. Cheap too. I got pics of mine if interested.
