97 Razz Exhaust and speed

I just got a 97 Razz and in reading the posts here I am interested in getting a new exhaust. My Razz has 6700 miles on it. I know the exhaust is "a little" blocked and I wanted to know where to get an aftermarket exhaust.
I was also wondering if there is a restrictor in the exhaust that is on it now.
I would like to get a little more speed out of her but, I am not ready to move up to the 70cc kit.

The razz only has a cdi rev limiter which cant be replaced, but no other restrictions , but the stock parts, arent very good for power, i would go with a 19mm to 21mm carb,and 2001,and older zuma 70cc kit, the polini corsa runs good, then you can also get a zuma polini for race pipe welded to fit.That would run pretty good.
