Derestricted pipe?????

I finally took the pipe off my 01 vino.
It appears to be unrestricted. Is there a tell tale sign that it has been derestricted? I felt the inside of the pipe on the manifold end and it seemed smooth. Also flush from the end as far as a finger will go ( 2-3 inches)
The manifold on the other hand feels like a much smaller hole than the exhaust.
Is this Mod done for me? Know idea on top speed cause i"m waiting for my bling bling chrome rims to replace a trashed rim. thanks

if there is no washer or cone in the exhaust then yes... it looks as though the previous owner must have derestricted it for you...

I also am wondering about the stock cylinder head... The ones on the zumas are only half the size of the exhaust pipe as well... Might be worth dremmeling it out to make the exhaust port a little bigger...
