Keep in mind that a Trailer can "Crack the whip" and take you out...Been there with a Truck... well...Almost...the back of my Ranger XLT was hoppin off the ground...Thought I had the front loaded lighter than the rear...but still almost put me in a bad jack knife. ;;p John

thank you for the info but i drive trucks for a living pulling something 105' long and 135,000 lbs is nothing uncommon for me to be hauling around the freeway and sometimes in town 5 days a week....I came up with a idea and now just need to build it i think im going to start it in a week and finish it off for a winter project as it involves alot of hand laid fiberglass to do so.....will keep you informed with my idea as i draw it out though...and thanks again

I'd like to make a trailer for my raft, so I could bring my scooter and kid fishing.... But not sure where to start... I thought about wheel barrel wheels... I think they'd handle 35 or so... but not sure if they'd just bounce like mad...

might try it with something one day?

love to hear what you end up working out...

well the biggest thing the local trailer shop to me is making the hitch...he told me that he could make one for my scooter and it would only cost me bout $75 and that includes the ball and wiring harness he said....as for a tire he told me how to do it and basically told me i could do it one tire or two tires depending on what kind of trailer i wanted and for how much weight i would pull....he told me that if i wanted to make the main body for it he would construct a frame for it and make it able to be towed at 65mph but its going to cost me like $500 for everything he said..

as for towing the kid i dont think that would be legal jared but maybe the family dog would be ok i think the only way you could take the kid is if it was a side car attached to the bike itself...(knowing my luck i would be driving and see my kid pass me in the turn lol)

and a trailer like that would be way cool ratboycom if i could find one that is hard to do so....
as for towing it heck i dont see why you couldnt as long as you dont exceed the gross combined vehicle weight of the vehicle....think about this they say for my bike not to haul more then 450lbs on it(alot of freaking weight lol) im almost 190 my soon to be wife is 155 that 345lbs so i got 105lbs left to haul lol and its on wheels itself and the trailer weight wouldnt be that major like say 35lbs so that leaves me with a total of like 70lbs of freight to haul around thats alot of camping gear for 2 people lol and thats if shes on the bike with me lol....

You gotta be kidding me. Quote 2 strokes can, but 4 stroke don't have enough power.

Look at this. A geely(yes chinease or whatever) can pull this with 120 papers at 45 mph.
