HID lights, as in the actual HID's?
I have never heard anyone installing "REAL" HID's into their scooters...
Now the "ZENON" and blue bulbs H4 which is the ones for the zuma and vino... work fine... IMO I'd stay with the stock Watt bulb, which on zuma's are 35W unlike the 55/65W most cars have...
The HID lights are several hundred dollars for a set of them... and never thought of putting them on mine as the stock H4 bulbs put out lots of light for the zuma.

if the vento trinton r4 bike comes with a 35 watts light bulb, and hid's consume's 35 watts just as a stock light bulb does, but Hid's give an output of 100 watts, which helps to see the road better. if u can make it work on the bike it is most likly worth it .(?)

yeah... it'd work if the power requirements are the same...
Just don't know if anyone has ever thought to put $200 worth of bulbs onto a scooter... compaired to the stock style of $10 or so?
would definately be better light output!

The thing about the prebug lights is that they're one big giant bulb basically, glass lens, metal reflector, bulb, all in one $35 unit. I need to mod them to take a twist on small bulb like the bugeyes have.

You can have mine for the cost of postage...I ended up with two sets of two.
IMO they did not illuminate as brightly, or were not as visible as the stock bulbs.
