i was considering new tires but i dont think a strictly street tire will make that much of a speed difference??? i may be wrong

Let's face it when you're talking about low speed scooters tires are not going to make a major difference in speed, at most you might, get one, two MPH tops just going up a size. But tires are not about speed on scooters, just like with motorcycles, they're about traction. Michelin's that are sold here are a great choice for maximum performance, though the Sava white walls are a prime choice for that vintage scooter look.
