i think i am going to go with the r5? triton? i think thats the one... can't remember but it has the digital display... are they pretty good? can you upgrade them? or should i just get like a r4?

I have a Zuma but am about to get the r5 (GT5). I emailed the dealer in Florida with question about the differences and was told that the specs are the same for the two Tritons. No links allowed but pm me and I will tell you the place and the guy's name. The GT5 is about $200 more than the r4 Triton ($1575 vs $1375 delivered. As much as I like my 05 Zuma, I think the Triton is better out of the box and has more potential with upgrads because of the larger wheels and tires. The GT5 imo looks better too. :angry:

hey do you guys know if the Aprilia sr 50 is a good one? cause i think i might get that one instead. it has a liquid cooled engine and electronic fuel injectors but is about 1k more... worth it?

remember that once you have the sr50, you won't be able to get many upgrades very easily since its fuel injected. if i were you i would just go with the r4. cheaper but the same parts as a gt5. you can get a triton up to a good 70mph with the right stuff.

ya but i am pretty stupid when it come to mechanics is this stuff hard to work on? and the price difference isnt that much between an r4 and an r5.. the looks are cool enough to pay for in my opinion and the digital is cool too.
what are some good upgrades that are easy to do? and isnt the sr 50 just a better scoot?
