Can anyone tell me the difference with or their experiences with the Metrakit SP Race Clutch, Malossi Delta Clutch, and the Polini Speed Clutch? They are all pretty much the same price (maybe 10$ differences) so I'm wondering about part quality and performance differences.
Are some more geared towards a stage 2 and would be worse for stage 1? Or are some good to get all around and have good upgradeability (like the technigas RS as opposed to the Next R)?

The clutches are all good quality, but some are to easy to adjust, without taking apart the clutch, while some do require taking apart the clutch to adjust it, the other thing is some are 2 shoe, and some 3 shoe .The clutches would be good for any stage.

I have the KOSO adjustable race clutch w/clutch bell and it is AWESOME!
I was going go with the MK SP delta but my dealer told me the KOSO had more adjustments and was easier to adjust. I don't work on scoots so went with what he said and she is dialed in PERFECT!

KOSO has a GREAT reputation...Matter of fact...I heard they make parts for other companies....ask the Hawaiian members of the forum (Rydah...etc..) John

the koso clutch is a copy of the polini 3 shoe clutch. its a good clutch because its half the price of the other racing clutches and it comes with a set of stiffer springs. if you get the malossi delta ( i have one of those, NOT USING IT ANYMORE) and want extra springs you have to pay something like 20bucks extra, so the total is goin to be very high just for a clutch. i replaced the delta with a polini 2shoe. the 2shoe or 2g is the easiest clutch to adjust and it works really good. i have a polini 3 shoe on my jog and that clutch is good also. i HAD the koso clutch on my honda but i traded it out for the polini 2shoe. any clutch you get will work good. for me i just like the one that is the easiest to adjust.

What's the difference between 2 shoes and 3 shoes (besides 1 shoe please..)?

the 2shoe is a lot easier to adjust. you dont even have to take the clutch apart to tighten the springs. the 2shoe looks like it has more surface area too, but i could be wrong. in the polini line up the 2shoe is there highest grade.
