I Posted acouple threads about a scoot.
Was salvaged after being beat pretty good.

Other than body damage I need to fix a rear tire and rewire the ignition switch
Well I just made my first Purchase from PROVO I have the Chrome wheels and turn signals on the way.
I also printed Erich's great how toos on the deregulating govenor and unrestricting the pipe. I'm hoping to do that today.
Any tips on getting the pipe opened up? Hammer and chisel or the dremmel(which I do not have)

I wouldn't hammer it out, cuz yourun the risk of bending the pipe which will just restrict it again. The best way for me was I dremelled a lil, and pried it out with a screw driver.

MIne was a pain the ***** cause it had 3 soldier points on it so there was no way of prying it out. So i used my dremel and had to basically shave it out!
