So..did you get the Contesta..which is a mild cylinder...or the corsa ..which is in the middle. The Evolution is the serious Polini cylinder. (I picked up a Contesta to start with..) John

I think it is the newer zuma one, but when you paid did you specify the model and year you have?

If not, I'd shoot him an email to verify he ships the right one...

also, can't post links to sites, even ebay... sorry...

The one in the picture is for horizontal engines, older than yours. That's the one I have on my 1999. He told me he's got them for both types of zuma, though, and if you win the auction, he just asks you what make and model you've got and sends you the right one.

Like I said, YOU NEED TO EMAIL HIM AND MAKE SURE HE SENDS THE CORRECT ONE!

I think he uses the same picture for all his auctions... so not sure you will get that style one... just that the listing says it was for other scooters then the zuma... so unless it's the jog Z then you probably will get the wrong one...

as well... it says he has them for the 02 and up zuma...

EMAIL HIM BEFORE IT'S SHIPPED!

if you buy one from this site get the metrakit sp2 series. that kit is way better than the airsal or malossi replica.

whats the difference between the metrakit sp 70cc and a polini corsa or whatever it is?

the sp2 is a kit that is between a polini evo, pro series2 and the corsa. sp2 is not as fast as a evo or pro race but its faster then a corsa and corsas are very good street cylinders. i heard a rumor that the sp2 uses a polini evo piston, i heard this from a metra kit/polini dealer.

The Evo uses a .8mm ring, while most others use 1mm. That would be the tipoff.

So how does one get this SP2 70cc kit through Provo? I have noticed the 19mm carb is the only option in the store....can Provo get me something larger to feed that thirsty engine?

rydah

go with a 21mm carb. see if you can find a complete carb and manifold combo its cheaper that way.
