Thanks for providing a great site for support!! I've had my Zuma for over a year, and being an avid Internet user, I've done PLENTY of searching for a good scooter forum to join. This site/forum has lots of good information from people with real world experiences. I also appreciate how 'civil' it is as an Internet message board.. I belong to several others (for cars, computers, etc), and none are moderated as well as this one.

I haven't bought anything (yet) from Erich, but I've heard nothing but positive things about him, and his customer service. I've seen some of his responses to customers with questions, as well as people who haven't even spent any money with him. I can say that any future purchases I make for my Zuma will be made through him (as long as he has the part(s) I may be shopping for) because I've seen the level of support he provides.

Unfortunately, since scooters are NOWHERE near as popular here in the US as they are overseas, it's difficult to find any support or fellow scooter owners locally.. so this is a great place to find it.

Thanks for the feedback, and we're glad to have you with us, cal. One of the things I've learn from personally, moderating is that a civil board boosts membership and participation. People are not afraid to post and ask questions, they want to be here. That's what separates boards from communities. There are way too many forums out there that are too loosely moderated. We're pretty liberal on here with moderation, but we have teeth :) Glad we don't have to show them, and that is because we have a good membership that actively participates in the community. I'm a bit of a hard ass, and usually come off a bit suggerly with posts like this, but I hope I can speak for the rest of the mods when I say the key to success for the community is respect and appreciate its members, simply because we're also members of Provoscooter | Forums.

I would have to say this one of the best run forums that I've ever dealt with regardless of the topic. I too did a lot of internet searching on scooters and Provoscooter has the must up to date info as well as helpful, intelligent, responses to post.
Erich has provided excellent support for the few questions I have asked him and the service from orders has been top notch.
Thanks

as the king said, Erich has a loyal following here...

I haven't bought anything else except a kevlar belt (but that was before I knew of this site) from other sources...

I have even waited to get a CDI till he sells them as I prefer to use provo as my parts supplier...
