Does anyone here know anything about the Malossi Wild Lion exhaust? What kind of performance you can get from it. I was looking to see if I could get all malossi parts.

i never tested a NON-expansion chamber exhaust but form what i hear there performance isn't all that great.

Ill has my question any one know of a place that builds or reworks exhaust for 2 -strokes?

Seems to me pipes like the wild lion are made to give a slight performance increase, a little more style, but remain quiet.

i cant stand the electric power line noise they make though.

My friend has one installed on his Vino with 70cc and 19mm carb with no transmission upgrades. He goes about 70-75km/hr. It does sound louder than stock, but not as loud as my Technigas R pipe. It has a tin can sound to it.

I also has a friend with a 70cc ugrade, stock carb, stock transmision and stock exhaust and his goes about 70km/hr with supper acceleration and is stealthy quiet.

mt--did you ever get a Wild Lion pipe for your Vino? I am considering getting one, since I like the traditional styling more and really don't want a loud pipe.

I never did get one. I do like the look of the pipe better than other pipes, but I don't think I can get the performance I want.

i know where you can get a koso pipe that looks like stock pipe but with the restrictions in it.

better than stock pipe but not not quite as good as chamber type exhausts, gives a good wide powerband which makes it easier to tune for noobs. :D
