ok it might have been asked but what is better the stage one or the 70cc. cause when mikey on occ installed his 70cc upgrade and derestricted the scoot he was doing wheelies and going alot faster that what most people on here say they go. now if i install one or the other what am i looking at no acc and better top end or better acc and about the same top end. cause my powerband now is like 7mph-35mph and then after that it takes about 15 secs or so to get up to 40 or so. i just don't want any probloms if i start to modify it cause i do drive it everyday to work and thats 30 miles a day. so if ya guys could help me out it would be nice thanks.

All I gotta say is that if you want a reliable commuter, keep it stock! Granted, if your scoot is properly modded and tuned it'll last you at least 7,000 miles with or without mods.

But to answer your question, I believe the stage 2 alone will give you both more power and top end. Not sure the exact figures though. I do know that the stage 1 alone gives you more power and topend also, but acceleration from 0-7mph will be slower but after that it'll shoot to 50mph.

As for wheelies, those are very deseptive! A derestricted stock vino, in the right hands, can pop wheelies for days! An Arilia RSV 1000R, in my hands, won't pop a wheelie unless it's off a cliff!!!

Yep. Mine does that too. 0-5 is a bit sluggish, but 5-35 is rocket like. Lighter rollers than what I have (6gm) makes it rocket off the line but I loose 5-10mph on the top since the engine revs too high and is out of the powerband. 70cc kit should fix that :)

I know a handfull of people with airsal kits and havn't heard a peep of a complaint. One has a good 5,000 miles on his too. There's nothing wrong with buying kits either, makes things easly for newbies. As for polini and malossi, I agree they are great brands.... but so are tecnomoto and airsal. In fact, I'd buy an airsal over a malossi 70cc kit anyday. Just talk to one of my buddies, he's already burnt two malossi's yet his airsal alluminum is still running strong.
