Hey all, I just purchased a Leo Vince ZX Exhaust.

I am a bit perplexed, it came with new rollers and Yellow springs, is that typical? I was just expecting the exhaust.

I got the rollers in, less to the dismay of not knowing where the springs went
I pulled out the rear 1/2 of the variator, the plastic part with the springs and 3 rollers, that loved to fall out, that added 2 additional hours putting it back in, if it were easy they wouldnt call it work.

Once putting it back together for the second time, that one darn washer I forgot to put back....

Can anyone tell me what the springs will do? I noticed that the ones in the scooter are Blue, do I need to put the yellow in? It seems to run great, I guess I will need to do a spark check soon.

A second question, how long do rollers typically last? How about Belts?

rollers only last for hundren maybe more depending on how hard you ride. and if you have cheap rollers or not. belts with last i think the "fact" belts will last 1500 miles.

So, I need to take off the rubber Gasket and the Nut to get into the springs, I was afraid to do this at the part seemed wiggley.

Should I upgrade the Variator, would it be the Malossi on the site?

I just installed this same system yesterday. My Vino has 1600 miles on it and the original belt looks brand new. I also installed the yellow springs on the clutch and from what I understand the blue stock springs will work but you loose some performance and top speed by using them.
