well i put my bike on its side again, i was on my way home from work and decided to take the back route to avoid some of the taffic in the wet weather.... bad decision, the intersection to take the back way was cement and had sitting water on it, i made it arround the corner just about fine then wham i laid it down on my left side it went spinning around a few times on the ground and i kinda slid for a bit, got up picked the bike up and walked it to the side, the kickstart got jammed into the finned vari cover and knocked the snap ring off so it would grind like hell when i tried to start it with the electric start, so i brushed myself off and walked the 5miles home, basically im saying that if you have the stock cheng shin tires on your bike dont ride on cement when its wet out

Wow... Sorry you ate the asphault again...

I agree the stock tires are pretty crappy... I have kenda tires and feel pretty safe in the rain with them...

However, I wrecked my 454 LTD motorcycle in 2000 and will NEVER use my front brake in the rain again... I barely tapped the brake on a corner and guess there was oil from the rain and down I went...

glad not to much damage was done and hope you get it fixed cheap....
