Price of a used Vino 2003?

Hi all,
I'm new to the scooter era, but I'm ready to jump into it :)

I'm looking to buy a scooter, a used one since I must park it on the curb overnight in Arlington (VA). (btw, how safe is it? can a NY chain do the job?)

I found a VIno 2003 with 2000 miles for $1200. Is it a good price? ... is there any website where I can check the values of used scooter ?

I hope to be soon a scooter owner.

Ah, another local. Sounds a tad high IMO. Personally, I'd use two locks in Arlington, and a third if I were going to leave anything over night in Alexandria (Especially around King St!)

I just bought a brand new 2003 vino that now has 99 miles on it. I also just ordered the STAGE ONE kit and have not even opened the box. Unfortunately, I have to sell the scoot. As you might guess the scoot is in brand new condition as i have been parking it indoors.
