after all the thinking, i decided to be conservative for now. so the folowing parts will be here soon.

The stage 2 with RS pipe
Overrange
TC unit
Wing bell
MK SP adjustable race clutch
Reed Cage and Reeds

That should hold me over for alittle while.

Now with the airsal most reccommend premixing, but at what ratio? and can i use a 2 ring piston on the cylinder? i've ben told that 1 ring designs wear fast. how many miles can i expect out of the motor? - IDRIVE

just use a good grade of oil and your ring should last a while. in my premix bikes i use 32:1 ratio.

I use 40:1. Don't think it's that critical. You can get a 2-ring piston, but that second ring brings with it about a 7% power reduction due to friction, and 7% is a lot. A second ring might prevent a little blowby at the gap, but isn't going to give you longer life. Just less horses.

HAHHA- Sounds like a nice kit you are going to be running Bro! Look forward to hearing how much you like it.

Wondering- I have heard the O/R loves to have big power thrown at it for it work properly. Will your kit have be enough to push it or is the O/R designed to maximize whatever power is thrown at it?

Sounds like it should be in the 55 to 60 range with good tuning.

when it comes to rebuild the motor, where can i get a piston for the airsal? does anybody know if wiseco makes a piston for it?

55-60 range would make me happy, for the time being that is. - IDRIVE

is it just a replacement for the kit, or and i get an overbore size? i mean i put 1500 miles on my scooter in less than 2 months. i'll worry about it when i need to. I'm sure Erich doesnt need to be bothered my questions since i dont need it anyhow. just curious. I'll probally do a crank and what not when it comes to rebuild the motor next, at that point might as well go with something bigger and badder. - IDRIVE

They are replacements for the piston and rings that come with them... as well he should be able to get pistons that are bored a size larger, etc... depending on the wear of your cylinder...

If that makes since...

yup it does, but i'll probally be up to a evo kit and a 24 mm carb by the time the airsal needs rebuilding. - IDRIVE
