so I just got a new pipe (Next R), different clutch springs, and variator rollers for my 01 Zuma.. I found how to replace the springs in the 'how to' section under Stage 1 upgrades, but didn't see anything about replacing the rollers. How easy or difficult is this to do? Also, I"m not sure which combination of springs/rollers to use.. .I got 3 different color springs, Red Blue and Yellow I believe.. and I don't remember what the weights are of the rollers..

I live in a fairly flat area with just a few rolling hills but nothing too major.. I'm about 6' tall, 210 lbs.. I want a good balance between acceleration and top speed improvement.

I'm open to suggestions :)

Replacing the rollers is pretty ez, much ezier than replacing the clutch springs on a stock clutch thats for sure. As far as roller weights, I would think about 3.0 or 3.5 grams at your weight.

On that same how-to page you will see how to replace the stock variator. follow those instructions and you'll figure out how to swap the weights out.
