most manufacturer will say 200 - 300 miles... I think my polini is 300 miles at 1/2 throttle or less... (these are cylinder manufacturers)

As for yamaha... they said just get on it and ride... but the manual says to keep it easy for 600 miles...

i'm sure you will get alot of different answers on this one.........

Anytime I break-in a cylinder, I usually do it like I will ride it! If you do not feel comfortable doing it this way, you can always follow the manual. For the Zuma It said to not go over half throttle for something STUPID like 1000 miles......... I dont even have that many miles on mine yet, and ive already broke in 3 cylinders:confused:

i redlined mine the first day i got it... then took it easy... no faster than 45 mph... mine runs very strong and i think it is stronger then most ventos... because i take my freinds r4 off the line and he only weighs 4 pounds more then me... he also cant hit 53MPH like me.
