2005 Zuma purchased in Oct 2004.
Installed: Airsal 70cc, Technigas RS pipe, and Arreche 19mm carb. Definately helped BUT tranny would get bogged down under 35 mph.
So I finally installed the Tecnomoto variator w/ the lightest rollers. WOW, something else now when I first go out on a ride. BUT, after about 5 mins on the road it seems to get bogged down at low speeds again. Only thing I think is factoring in is the temp of the tranny. But what could be affected when this happens? I dont think the belt is slipping as there's no variation in the RPMs. I cant quite figure it out. Any ideas?

You're too rich low. Lean the air screw.

The mixture richens as the engine and pipe heat up. I don't know what your air screw setting is, but try turning it in 1/2 turn.

you have to mess with you tranny try to use diferent torque spring. Go with little heavier rollers and change the spring to stifer ones
