Milano and Del Rey?

Are the TNG Milano 125 or Del Rey 125 any good? I know they are cheaper but will either one be a reliable scooter for scooting around town?

I'm not a huge fan of TNG, but compared to a lot of the cheap Asian knock off excuses for cr@p I've seen over the past year, I'd take the TNG over the other drek that's been out there these days.
