scooter help!

I left my TNG Venice inside for about 4 months due to winter and didn't think at all about draining the gas or starting it every once in awhile because I'm an idiot. Now I can't get it to start! help!!!

scooter is ONLY kickstart, the electric starter hasn't worked since I bought it.

stale gas , excessive oil leaked into the carb, low battery,
give it a small squirt of starter fluid ,TINY AMOUNT!! just a psst !
and see what you get.

are you holding in the left brake lever when you try the electric start?
sometimes the switch is corroded so try the right lever too.
