Just got done putting on a new tecnigas exhaust and it came with new roller weights, but here is the problem the stock rollers and stock exhaust would get me up to 43-45 mph now i can barley make it to 40 mph. any tips?

you gave it more... and now it wants more. investigate, find out what it wants. could be one of a bunch of things but I always start with the three things: transmission/air/fuel (transmission)S easy cause you really just adjust things and can always change them back. if that doesnt do it try opening up the air box (lots of controversy on this subject) or check your jetting it might want more and it might want less.
