Not all of us are guys, zumaman ;)
From what you say it sounds like something in your clutch is dragging. Maybe your clutch shoes are somehow sticking or hanging on your clutch drum. Things cool down and whatever is causing it lets go. If your shoes are hanging on the drum when you turn the wheel you're also turning the engine thru reverse gearing. That's why it's harder to turn the wheel.
From what you tell us it's the only thing I can think of.

Anyway- WELCOME to the boards and looks like you have a nice setup on your bike bro!
Have a GPS and can give some speeds on what your scoot is doing with that setup?

More often than not the stock clutch jams with an aftermarket torque spring. No clearance. You can grind the backs of the clutch shoes, but it's a lousy solution. The best thing to do is buy a clutch.

I've found you can trust Pinky... he knows what he's talking about.
