only if your motor revs 13,000 to 15,000 rpm, which I'm sure it doesnt.

The c16 is even very hi rev pipe, as u need over 10000 rpm to properly use that one. A race ported Airsal or like a hi end polini corsa r might rev high enough for the 16. You really need a sick motor to rev high enough for the c21.

More than likely the 21 or 20 will need something higher reving than the corsa/R I'd say you should use the evo or MHR cylinder for either of those...

The 16 will work well with the corsa/R...

I run the C16. It's great over 10, really starts to put out at 12 and pulls well into the low 13's. For the C20/C21 add 1000-1500 rpm to those numbers. You don't want any of these pipes unless you have the right cylinder. For most street scooters it's hard to beat an RS70.

I thought about a higher revving pipe but decided against it. With the RS70 my power peak was at 11.3K (dyno). Now it's at about 12-12.2. This cylinder would run the C20/21 but I don't feel the extra 1/2hp or so is worth the added wear and noise.

so im thinking with a 100cc plus stroker motor the c16 would still be the best pipe?

I haven't messed with a big cc stroker, but I think you'll get your horses from cubes, not revs. There aren't many 100cc pipes around. Google Jolly Moto and see what you come up with.

the c16 is made for 68cc and 70cc engines, so i dont think it will work good on a 100cc stroker. if you want to get a 100cc stroker pipe i know where to get them from.
