Having Problems With Caps And Shift Key With Home Computer/keyboard...sorry, I'm Not Yelling.

Can Someone Please Expalain How The Clutche System Works...torque Spring And Shoe Springs...

Info On Delta Clutch Too Would Be Appreciated Too.
