is this a Vento? which one?

I'm trying to find out more info on this scooter, but all I have is a crappy pic to go off of. Any ideas on which model it is.

It looks like a Vento. Possibly a Zip or a Triton. Its hard to tell with that small photo.

That looks like some sort of GY6 type scooter.....
