The only difference is the gear box in the back.It has the larger rim also and I think the gear ratios are a lil higher but am not sure.

Yea the triton is 207 lbs however the zip is only 157.The triton does look hot though the body is molded very nicely. ;)

i personally love the triton, the zip is nice looking but a bit too small for me. the triton was perfect, have had it 2 years now and it starts flawlessly...
now time to mod the crap outta it.

im 6'2 and i test rode a r3i zip and i was so smash i was huge compaired to the tiny size of the bike, the triton is much better in size and the performance seems to be better.

i recommend getting rid of the stock turn signels and putting bullet type lights on it. looks 100% better.

Zips a more fun scooter than triton stock though lighter snapier feels quicker more manuverable i had both like the zip better as far as fun factor.

I wish i got a Triton instead of my zip now that i started getting serious about modding, that and i could carry my Girl on the back easier with a triton (its a bit of a sqeeze on my zip im 6'3" and 175lbs she is 5'7"... or something, and weighs 110lbs)
