I just purchased as stage 2 performance kit...70cc, R pipe, variator, kevlar belt and 19mm Mallossi carb with manual choke for my Vino.

Can anyone tell me (quantitatively if possible) the improvements over the stage 1. What kind of speeds and acceleration should I be getting.

Erich quoted at sea level I should get 60mph with great acceleration. Is this the average or exceptional performance? How does the altitude play a role, i.e. ambient air pressure...

I'm in Ottawa, still cold -20 C and tons of snow...Need a winter kit with ski and chain rear wheel?

this has been discussed countless times in the forum, you should search for this topic. i recently installed stage 2 and for a quick summary, it does accelerate much much faster, it is much louder than stock, i dont know if im at 60mph thouhg... im only 165lb and i dont think im getting to that point. higher alt means less O2 density, for our 2cycle means less power...

stage one is just a pipe and some little things right? stage 2 is a whole new motor, 70cc instead of 50cc... thats the biggest differece.. to run the 70cc u need bigger carbs... so its not a gradual increase in power, its a huge jump from stage 1 to 2 i assume.. i skipped the 1st stage. good luck
