05 vento phantom r4i 150cc cheap performance?

looking for any cheap or free upgrades for my new bone stock scooter. whats some good upgrades to get more top speed but not put too much stress on the motor and transmission and not make it a complete dog at low end

There isnt...there no restrictors nothing you can really do to it, and HID's wont work they will suck to much power from the stator.
