2004 Geely kickstart question

Hello there, I have a 2004 Geely JL50QT21.
I bought this for parts at a moped shop
but have decided to try restore the missing parts
but first I need some technical advice to get it started.
The engine is an upright 2 cycle with a chain drive?
There are 2 tech problems.
1: How to release a spring loaded lever
preventing the kickstart gear from engaging the crank gear?
A part seems to be missing outside the case.
2: No spark. The magneto and ignition coil are connected to the main
harness. The ignition switch is missing.
Is there something else missing like a CDI?
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

I think that kickstart override connects to the rear brake somehow. So when you pull the rear lever in, the kickstarter will engage. I have a Qingqi with that setup. I'll try to get to it tomorrow, and see if I can describe how mine is. I'm pretty sure there is a way to override it, but it might be just as easy to fix it.
