As far as everything eles was all smooth did not bother to put anything on yet will wait till tomorrow to do that broke up with my Girl Friend of 3 1/2 years so was not in mood heh.
Anyways I will give you guys a Update on everything as far as install and tuning.

What cylinder did you end up ordering? MHR rep, MHR, or one of the Corsa's?
45 mins is pretty quick to tear down to do crank install (if you did like yo u said you were and went with Evo or MHR).
What carb did you end up getting? 24 mm OKO?

sounds like he is not doing the crank. There is no way you can have the crank OUT in 45 minutes unless you have done it NUMEROUSE times before.
I dont understand your trouble with the plastics? Which plastic where you having trouble with?>

yeah thats what I was wondering, because he said scooter shop. I know it took me the better part of a day to do the crank. I was hoping he was going to do what he said and get the MHR or EVO cylinders, but I guess not.

Took me the better part of a day just to get things cleaned-up enough to split the cases.

yea...took me about six hours or more...only 1 or 2 hours to split the case slowly without making marks..

hehe sry no I did not get the crank so I did not have to take old one out hehe the plastic was not a problem just remembering where the 40923490 screws and bolts go and getting it to fit again might be tricky no big deal though.

The biggest pain in the neck is the top engine shroud bolt, which you can't easily reach and get aligned. When running the AC engine, I saved the hassle and just ran a cable tie through there.

Ok so I get done putting the up-gear kit in super easy to do well if you have a press or gear heater. But anyways I got the whole tranny all done now time disable the oil pump.
So as I am going to disable the oil pump I am thinking to myself what a Waste to take out the oil tank then my dad brought up why don't you drain the Tank clean it out then T the what was once the oil line into your Gas line for some extra gas so now my Oil tank is now a secondary gas tank and so I can go farther on a tank of gas.
Has anyone ever thought of that ?

Yes. Been done by lots of guys.

just remember to put in a fuel stop otherwise you'll be dumping gas all over the floor everytime you take the line off the carb. My aux tank only give like 10 extra miles as it only a lil over a liter extra.
Worth the weight? You decide.

****Pulled from previous post**** Ok I will get all my Parts next week friday or saturday. Saturday I will have it tuned and put it on the dyno then I will Call erich up and Next day air the MHR single ring And the Evo then I will try those out but the MHR rep puts out more then 8.8 spoke to erich on that one about 30 sec ago lol. And still he said there is not a huge diffrence also said going to the mhr single ring I would be replacing pistions every 20 hrs even my Dad told me single will eat up your motor no matter how well your tuned but like I said the Dyno will have this all solved between all the heads shortly
are you still going to get more cylinders to test? I am very anxious to here some dyno #'s :naught:

your dellorto carb will work really good with your set up but your bike is goin to need more revs then your cylinder can give to work correct. if you got the mhr TEAM pipe then that pipe is made for the team cylinder witch is a watercooled bore. the cylinder you got now wont past 13000 and thats where that pipe is made to go. your set up will run better with more a torque pipe cuzz your cylinder is a street cylinder and street cylinders use more low to mid torque. race cylinders are all top end, wide open only, not too much down low or in the mid, they have to be ported for mids. let us know how your set up comes out.

I've tried a few pipes. In the 9-11 range you can't beat an RS70, though the quality could be better. For 11-13 the C16 can't be beat, period.

That is exactly what I was going to order! I hope it all works out and would love to hear some GPS MPH #'s!!!!
I am searching for a 100cc Zuma- don't have the time to deal with modd'ing my 50cc- but if I can't find one by 2006 I am going to go the same route you did.
NICE KIT!!
As far as the breakup- sorry bro! I think we all have been through it before and it SUCKS. 2 years after my long time lover and I split, I ended up dating my ex-girls younger sister once and that made it all worth wild...

the oil injection was pretty simple huh!
Nothing like a simple mod... to make it more reliable! I know rydah... you still use it... but I don't...
BTW: It's personal preference which you choose... research it and then make an educated decision as to how you upgrade...
