Honestly I would not go past 25 mm only need for a carb any bigger is if you had a full race set-up including a diffrent CDI box that pushes major RPM's.
If you have a carb any bigger without the proper set-up you will more then likly run into problems with tuning being that the carb is pushing more fuel - air into the motor the motor can only burn so much before you start fouling plugs like hell and if it does work chances are you are not burning all the fuel which you will end up with carbon buildup so I would not really go any bigger then 25mm.
I mean comon my 660 cc Raptor only has two 33 mm carbs and thats pumping out 58 hp and eats up gas can't imagine what a 33 mm carb would be like on a 70 cc scoot.

John, you hit a key note :note: . Too big of a carb WILL hurt performance in a heartbeat! :luvdoc:
In my opinion, 24mm would be the MAX for a 70cc MONSTER (race set-up/porting) Any carb bigger than 24 and you better have some cc's to use up the fuel!

i had a 25mm dellorto on my 68cc corsa and i plan on using that same carb on my new evo set up. i know a guy that has a 28mm dellorto on his drag jog MHR 70cc and hes doin 13's in the 1/4mile so its all about tuning the carb.

The only carb sold at provo I could find is a 19mm. Personally, I would like a 24mm. If I'm not mistaken, you can change the jets to complement your personal set-up. I'm still at 50cc's but I plan to go big soon. Is a 24mm to big? I'm going for top end rather than a super off the line monster. However, riding a weelie does sound like great fun, especially after passing the jerk who almost killed himself trying to around that "slow ***** skooter" Man, people see skooter and think slow. Maby time to change some minds here in panama City.

Um... WRONG! Provo has access to arreche carbs... in multiple sizes... he also has access to any part with the malossi name on it... which they make several carbs...
If you email him HERE (sales@provoscooter.com) and ask, I bet he has more available than just the few I mentioned...
So... I can't agree... that is all he has listed on the sales site for now... but has access to many more parts... simply email and ask.
