I have a 95 razz that i picked up a couple weeks ago that i had running well. yesterday i went to leave and when i opened up the throttle it just shut down. I took apart the carb and cleaned everything out thought it might not be getting enough gas but that doesnt seem to be the case. I think that it is getting too much air because when i hold my hand over the air intake it works like normal. Any ideas on how i could fix this?
thanks

Check carefully for vaccum leaks. Spray some WD40 all over the intake to carb, and carb to airbox unions while bike is running. Listen for RPM change.
Also, I have had plugs take a dump and the bike idles dreamy, but breaks up upon reving.

Make sure your sparky is torqued down tight but not too tight. Put a new spark plug while your at it and make sure the gap is at .2-.3 inches.
If you have a leak the RPMs will drop when spraying wd-40.
Also make sure your needle in the carb is down all the way and seated since you may have the needle not quite seating.
