hello again, what exactly would go into having my scooter serviced. i have to maintain a service record for the warrantee, and i just want to know what work is done when its serviced, and if i can do it myself. thanks.

Is that Oxford UK? The laws may vary country to country as to whether the manufacturer is required to honor the warranty if the owner self-services. Aside from that, there are distinct differences in procedure depending on your Zuma model (2t vs. 4t). There are threads here that cover the required services on the Zuma, but you should verify that the dealer will be required to accept that if you are not in the US.
Another viewpoint is to forget about the warranty, since the dealer labor you will pay for those services will almost guaranteed be far in excess of the parts cost of any in warranty repair.

hi there, not england, i am in oxford, mississippi (kind of a different culture to be sure). i am not even sure if there is a dealer around. i will find out though.
