Ok, so in preparation for next season we have been sourcing out some new product lines to start carrying. We really want stage6 and Yasuni, and guess what...We got 'em and more. Our new supplier carries quite a few brands, namely Stage6, STR8, MotoForce, and Yasuni, just to name a few.
As we prepare our product line for next year I would appreciate the input of everyone on what specific parts you would be interested in from those manufacturers. We have a pretty good start on what we will be carrying but let us know what you want. All those hard to source parts that you have been coveting - tell us and we will do our best to make it happen.
if you can include the part brand and name, scooter you want it for, and the part number if you know it (most manufacture catalogs will have them in there.
I am going to create a wiki page for manufacture catalogs for all those that have digital copies to throw up there. Ill post the link here once its done

Hey G-scoot. Congrats on the new supplier. I'll be needing a city 16 soon so... I hope it all is a go. I want to get some gears to make my 2008 Zuma 12:1. I've only found secondaries that will get it there, and I'm not even sure those would work, and they are from Europe, so...too expensive. The gearing change in 2008 makes all of the available options for primaries too tall. The deepest I've found would still run @ 11:1 on an '08. So that is my request, an affordable option to get a 2008 Zuma gear ratio to 12:1.
Thanks.

I second nice affordable shocks (if there is such a thing).
Some alternative Minarelli H exhausts for those of us who don't want to attract too much attention. The Ruima you sell is a pretty product, but I did some searches a while back, and I don't think I could find a single post from someone using it. There are plenty of people using the SP3, however.
STR8 has some pretty neat stuff, although most of it is fluff. One bit of fluff I have been coveting is their chrome fan cover (STR-531.66_CR) for the Minarelli H.
Now on to stuff I really need:
Stage 6 Variator shim kit (S6-5155013). That is the PN for the 13mm spline Minarelli. They are listed as "variocontrol adjustment washers".

Bomber - thanks for the suggestions. Already have the shim kit on the list. STR8 is totally a bling company - there slogan is "Visual Tuning". everyone wants there scooter to look sick as it blows past everyone. Parts for the Min H will probably be the area we most expand as they are so popular. As for the exhaust. The Ruima one is nice because it give a bit of performace gains as its unrestricted and flows better than stock pipes. and the price is right. I don't know how it compares to some of the other brands versions like SP3 as we have never sold them.
Rocks - Ill keep an eye out for tires for you. I think our supplier has some continental racing slicks that we can get. is that too racing for you?
Cheap shocks are hard to come by from any well known brand. We have those on our list as well.
Keep the suggestions coming. This is your chance to let us know what you need/want.

I have seen some nice and affordable main and pilot jet assortment kits from Stage 6. There may be some interest in that.
Stage 6 also has an interesting approach on roller tuning kits: They sell an assortment of different weight brass inserts, and the outer shells, which are the wear part. They sell the shells separately. This seems like a potentially cheaper way to go than the Ruima kit, since they are supposedly permanant rollers (i.e. you don't change to a normal roller as soon as you find the ideal weight combo). Their kits are much smaller than the Ruima kit, though, so it's up to debate as to which is the better initial value. I for one like the concept, because the replacment sleeves are about 1/3rd the price of replacement rollers.

I know i talked to you today g~ but, I did forget to mention that you guys should definetely get stage 6 and you guys should get alot more athena stuff like upgears and even their clutch's and get some dell'orto stuff like ALL the main jets for their carbs not just some numbers but all. Its very hard to find those main jets i tell you what. I get them from you guys but i would liek to see some more odd numbers like the 91 jet or 89 and 90.
Also start offering the minarellie LC conversion kit and LC top ends! Get the malossi torque driver like we talked about and LOTs of them.
will post again later with more ideas

It would be nice to have a U.S. stage 6 dealer with a large assortment of minarelli horizontal parts.I usually order from Spmoto but they have poor customer service and it takes forever before they ship.

Well I have only placed one order with Provoscooter, but my experiance was great. I don't know if foreign Customs plays a part in the delay with these non-US suppliers, but no matter what, you don't want to wait too long for an order. I was considering the Top Performances Trophy when I bought my 70. A big consideration for choosing the Malossi over that was I was able to buy from Provo. Turns out I lost a circlip during the install. Luckilly I found it, but if I had to order a new set from Canada,
y bike would be down for a LONG time. You never plan for this kind of thing, but it does happen.

Blackbomber - you make a good point. We sell world wide and most orders go out the next day, but customs do play a part in delays. especially when you just need something small, its nice to be able to get it local (at least in the same country) Thanks for the kind words about your experience as well. Its always nice to hear from our customers. As a side note, we got in a butt-load of those Malossi circlips. I don't know if they are added to the site yet but we have most replacement parts for all our cylinders.
Ckell - We will be that US Stage6 retail come next spring. Min Horizontal parts are on our list. Let us know of any particulars you want.
As for the jets Zeon our selection will fill out over time. order minimums are one reason for the selection we have. We will be getting more with time.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Keep them coming. As it gets closer to when we will be placing our order and launching our new line, that will also be a good time for special order to make sure you get what you want. We will keep you posted as it gets closer.
Thanks for your input everyone. Keep it up.

We will be working on stickers as well. We should have some by next season. We will be getting gauges as well. R/T is part of Stage6 so we will be looking at those parts as well. We should be getting a decent line in. It will probably start off solid and then grow throughout the summer. As always, you guys can do special order for anything that we don't decide to carry right away.

Second the motion for decals of the nice "provoscooter.com" type at the header of the site. I did mention that to j~scoot back in july or august i do believe for the record.
You guys are getting the malossi torque drivers and alot of them i hope correct?
Also how about some more genuine yamaha stuff like.....windshields..... i know some people have got to want windshields low or regular preferably low. Also genuine yamaha brake covers for the zuma and also how about handguards too! :D
