Anyone have any ideas on increasing my power/speed while climbing hills...I ride a 2003 vino and i just did the de-reg on the variator and im working on the exhaust(need to find a grinder). I live in Portland and the area i ride in has some hills, some steep some pretty mild, and i dont want to worry about driving on main roads and having people tailing me up hills because im going 20mph's.

Get a 70cc big bore kit and youll have no problem getting up hills.

yeah... a 70cc and carb... will help...
Stage 2 will (carb/cylinder and filter) will help...
if you want monster power on hill... upgrade to a 100cc or so... and you'll not even slow on hills... but then you grind the case to nothing and could have issues....

I think im leaning towards the stage two... whats the difference between a stage 2 and a 70cc and carb set up?
In Oregon where i live it is not necessary to have your motorcycle endorsement with a vino 50cc....will a stage 2 or a 70cc setup affect this, or can they even tell?

No they can't tell because it is all covered up.
Only difference as far as appearance goes, there is none. Only noticable difference is it's a tad louder oh and you will be flying... o_o

that is a stage 2 set up... except if you buy it as a kit, you get an air filter with it... and you have the option of adding a custom throttle cable... which is only available with the stage 2 kit for now... so there is no cutting on stock throttle cable...
which would have been nice when I upgraded... but it wasn't available then...

just a reminder, you can goto 99cc without case grinding for the crank.
