Metrakit Clutch

I am sry I ment metra kit clutch vs the Delta clutch ? which one is better or they both pretty much the same ?

Do not know the metrakit one, never use it before, but I have the delta and it is awesome. That is because the delta is adjustable, 3 shoe, built for race. And it is easy to adjust.
