High performance stator kit

I installed a NCY race stator kit on my bike, then put in a new plug and ended up seizing the bore after 30 seconds of riding. I destroyed my piston and spark plug. As I was checking the crank case to see if my crank was damaged and noticed one of my reeds were in the crank case. I also found out that I put in a 6 plug thinking it was a 9 plug. My question is was it the reeds breaking or the wrong spark plug that caused me to seize?

I think the reed broke and the speed of the crank send a reed at the piston and is up destroy the spark

I dont think the number the spark was
