please i need info on this waht engine to buy parts for, its 50 cc and says made in 2003 April, with markings G V W R KP50T-15. i would like to get an upgrade kit but don't know what engine it is Thanks!

2 or 4 stroke?
gvw stands for--- gross vehicle weight
KP50T-15 is the model not much help
find the complete motor id # it is on the
back of the motor or a flat spot someplace

ok its a 1PE40QMB i belive a 2 stroke, could someone refer me to an upgrade kit 70cc or 90cc and i can't find parts for geely so what would be compairable to this engine Thanks for any input!

well it might be a 12mm piston pin or a 10mm
you should check so you get the right kit
the motor has to come apart to find out.

you have the same engine as my vento zip r3i, the engine is a clone of a yamaha jog90 motor (minarelli horizontal) search under that for parts. As for pin size, I know that vento 2003 and earlier have 10mm wrist pin and 2004 and up 12mm, I'm pretty sure all these taiwan peds with the 1PE40QMB motor are the same.

If it looks like this it's a horizontal, but if cylinder head is on the top of the block it's a vertical. Minarelli made both horizontal and vertical engines.

if it is a true mineralli it has a 10mm pin
but i would still check
