Can anybody explain me where and how is oil actually being mixed? I think that my problem is not piston or piston ring related, but that there is too much oil being mixed. Lets not over look this problem. How big is oil reserve and how many miles would i have to ride to get rid of the oil that was "queued"!

I'm guessing you have a vino? There is nothing in your profile... might want to update it...
Is your set up stock? Modded?
If your stock, Normally it's good to go... if it's modded... you should probably disable the oil pump and run it premixed...
We need more info on your scooter and set up to be able to help out... so... when you can add more info, I'll try and help pin point it...

On Ventos and Derbis the oil pump is adjustable by a cable....... on the Yamahas it is not. On the Yamis, it is controlled strictly by RPM. I do not know why/how it is mixing so rich for you!

why would it mix so rich?
Pull your oil pump out and see if it's damaged, if the gears are intact... leaking when sitting and not running...
wild guess is that your pump is messed up and "free flowing"?
As far as oil consumption... a tank should last 700 or so miles... depending on the scooter...
