Not starting

Hey guys, its been a long time since ive been on here. but My 2004 Zuma is not starting. I tested the battery and it was fine. i have gas and oil.. and the battery is only like a year old.. any tips would be great

did you try kick starting?

how long has the scoot been sitting? try puling the plug and checking for spark, if you have spark, and the scoot has been sitting a while then it will need a carb clean i see it every day.
