My Triton R4 has an Airsal 70cc kit, 19mm areche carb w/ perf. airbox, clutch springs, white molassi torque driver spring (1000?), kevlar belt, technomoto variator with the lightest rollers, and the belt seems to slip ALOT. I can hear the motor rev REAL high if I WOT it. I can also feel it loose power while it is trying to go. I mean it is real fast but I am trying to get rid of the belt slippage withought getting an over range yet. I tried tuning the tranny with the medium/heavy rollers and mixing them but it either didnt do anything or made it go even slower. Anyone have any ideas of how to stop this withought loosing acceleration/top speed??

I have heard that i need to upgrade my torque driver spring, but what should I upgrade it to? A 1500 or a 2000? Also some people said the 1500 is better and I was wondering why? Because I was thinking: the 2000 will grip the belt better than the 1500 so the belt doesnt slip.

Anyone?

I would definatly try a stiffer torque spring, and keep playing with the weights. ;)
