Any one else run there scoot with out mirrors? I have done away with the rear fender and singles..basicly I cut everything off up to the tail light, of corse i still have my plate and I ran my turn singles to the stock lens by the tail light. My fronts are flush mounted were the yamaha rubber piece used to be. I know its a ?itch to turn your head and see whos behind you every so often.....but the mirrors look bad.I tend to hit them when I split lanes ::handleba Any Ideas for smaller mirrors (that dont stick out like rabit ears)?

check your local laws, most states it's illegal to not have mirrors... even if they are not functional, you have to have them...
but it depends on the state

Local laws. What can the police do take your birthday away ::handleba . Here in CA the police will use it for a reason to pull you over just to check your DL and insurance/reg. If all that checks out good then they wont bother with a fix it ticket. (been there many times). I guess I could go through the parts unlimited book and find something small that looks good. The hardest part is finding something to thread on the rh side.

I heard that the Derbi mirror (Alantis/GP1) will fit. I just find that a triangular mirror looks much better than the round one on the Zuma. Less bug antenna like.

I went for BIGGER mirrors...eliptical...before I drove away from the dealer...
I like to see SEE what's coming up in the other lane...
...'cause I've got to get to work every day, else the bills won't be paid !

Aside from it being required by 'law', personally I wouldn't want to ride without a mirror, at least on the left side. It is hard to tell just from the pics, but it looks as if a mirror from a Majesty might fit on a Zuma. It has a slightley lower profile and not quite such a Micky Mouse ears look.

MOST scooter/motorcycle mirrors are interchangable........
I changed out my Zuma Micky ears early on.... looks much better now!

ive seen some mirrors that are pretty good looking like some crotch rocket mirrors that would fit direct or some that could be modded to fit.
