I need to locate an appraiser

I have an Argyle Folding Scooter that I need to get an appraisal on and I am having difficulty locating an appraiser. ANy help is appreciated.

The value would be in a collectible. I can't imagine anyone wanting one to ride, must be near impossible to get parts and they probably don't meet EPA standards or are not street legal by todays standards. I don't think you are going to get much help establishing a price.
