When I took my MSF class, they had me drive a Honda Rukus. On the rear brake handle, there was a metal clip that would hold the lever down. I've never seen one on a vino, but it would make sitting at a stop light much less annoying if I didn't have to keep at least one had on the brake. Honda calls it a "parking lever" model number 53181-GAH-A00. Anyone tried to put this, or something like it on their vino125?
