I have a TGB 50 delivery scooter with about 8000 miles and everything is wrong with it but most recently while driving the best way to describe it is to say that it was like putting on the brakes at full throttle, It was running fine than suddenly started to slow down but the engine stayed revved and then it cut out completely afterward it would not start. I can get it to start but it does not like to stay running. any ideas I thought it may be the clutch but am unsure thanks
