Is there any certain way my belt goes on as I install my over range in my zuma?

usually so you can read the #'s/words from looking at it

yep, with the words readable from the side of the scooter is how I did mine...

isn't the install of the over range FUN!

The best part is the grinding....Not!!! I have went through three grinding wheels and I am still not finished. Ill finish it up in the morning. I dont have to grind any off the top do I? Ill be on one wheel in no time. I hope any ways. o_o

I ground on the top as it also referenced doing those... however I didn't take much off...

congrats on the over range... your in an elite club! HEHEH <sinister laugh>

No, but it's got to be on the pulley when you install the torque driver. No clearance. You have to pull the torque driver to change belts. My belt is installed with the numbers upside-down as I look at them, and shows no wear after 3K miles.

In the manual for the over range it says to remove the starter motor too, but jered didnt say anything about that he said just remove the gears. Is it essential I remove the motor?

no not the motor just the gear.

You don't have to grind the case. I didn't, and it works fine. No interference or rubbing.
