I have a 2001 vino: so I need a Sheave holder, Rotor holder tool, clutch spring holder, according to my service manual. For one, finding these parts is maddening. (any clues?) Any alternatives to said tools? I have to take everything apart because when the belt broke it went everywhere. I'm thinking it would be cheaper to take it to my dealer.

a hammer & nail set will do to remove the rear pulley/clutch assembly.

for the front vario an oil filter wrench & a 17mm socket with handle will do.

For the front vario, a cheap Impact gun is nice to have as it is on very tight. They can be found at your local auto parts store. The clutch isn't on as tight so beware if you use the impact on it for reassembly.

Check out Harbour Freight. Very cheap tools, but you don't need high priced for a scoot
